As we continue to grow quickly, we are seeking to recruit an E-commerce Business Manager to manage and grow our E-commerce activities across several brands and multiple websites.

Purpose:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the E-commerce Business Manager will take responsibility for all Ecommerce sales, marketing and customer service activities, including developing and delivering a clear strategy and road map for E-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities/deliverables:

  • Ensuring E-commerce platforms are robust, up to date and fit for purpose
  • Delivering ongoing innovation via E-commerce
  • Developing a positive and responsive customer experience
  • Increasing sales and revenue of online shops
  • Improving E-commerce site presence and performance
  • Ensuring product, content, imagery, and information is kept up to date and presented to the highest possible standards
  • Managing E-commerce KPIs and reporting metrics
  • Managing the existing E-commerce team of 2/3 and expanding to appropriately to deliver business strategy
  • Expanding the E-commerce team as required to deliver growth

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated with the ability to work independently. Ideally, you will have:

· Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience in E-commerce Selling Platforms (Ebay/Amazon/Google Shops/Woocommerce)

· Proven record of delivering eCommerce revenue growth in a B2C environment.

· Ambitious mindset with great communication skills

· Experience of optimising digital performance and tracking measurements

· Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively

· Ability, flexibility and enthusiasm to work in a small, fast paced company environment

· Excellent People Skills, enabling you to build an expanded E-commerce Team around your strategy

Remuneration:

£25,000 – £30,000 DOE

20 Days Holiday per annum

Pension Contribution

This role is more suited to working from office, however a mixture of office and remote working could be considered.

Temperature checks are undertaken, masks are required when moving round site and, as a manufacturer of hand sanitiser, we have plenty of sanitiser to keep our team safe at all times.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
