You Will Need:

 

Treating the Body

STEP 1 – Mix

Mix the Epsom Salt (two tablespoons) with Water.

STEP 2

Put the Epsom Salt in a Bottle with a Trigger Spray and spray all over. This allows the Epsom Salt to gently sooth the skin rather than causing harm with a scrub.

STEP 3

Repeat until the affected area has cleared.

 

Treating the Face

STEP 1 

Mix a tablespoon of Epsom Salt, Honey and Olive Oil.

STEP 2

Leave for 5 to 10 minutes.

STEP 3

Rinse face with warm water to wash away any impurities.

STEP 4

Moisturize with a lotion.
