Here are the materials you'll need:
Step 1: Begin by creating Dracula's outfit. Use black, white, and red felt to craft an outfit similar to the image above. Cut out a cape from the black felt and glue it to the back of the bottle. Create a shirt by cutting an oval shape from the white felt, and finally, make a small red bow tie and attach it to the top of the white felt.
Step 2: Take a balloon and use a black permanent pen to draw Dracula's face on it.
Step 3: Using a funnel, carefully add 1 teaspoon of citric acid to the bottle. Then, use the funnel again to add 1 teaspoon of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate.
Step 4: Stretch the balloon over the mouth of the bottle, ensuring a tight seal. Then, let the baking soda fall from the balloon into the water mixture in the bottle. Watch as Count Popula comes to life and the balloon inflates! To avoid any mess, it's recommended to perform this step outside.
