I can't access my account?

We've recently launched our new website on a new platform. We kindly ask you to re-register if you intend to make a purchase.

 

Do you sell this product?

To see what products we sell, please click on Our Products in the header or search for your product using the magnifying glass. However if you are unable to find the product you are looking for, please contact us on info@apcpure.com with the product name, pack size and quantity you would like to purchase.

 

Where can I find product pricing?

To see our prices, click on Our Products at the top of the page and navigate to the product you are looking for. Alternatively use the magnifying glass at the top of any page to search for your product. Once on the product page, choose the required pack size to see the price.

 

Why is a product restricted to purchase?

Some products on our website are restricted to purchase for the general public and may have certain restrictions including:

A declaration of use form to fill out detailing the intended use

Must be over 21

Full Photographic Identification of Company Director

What is the definition of Limited Quantity?

Some of our products can only be shipped via Limited Quantity, this means they may only be able to be shipped in the following:

500ml (example: 20 x 500ml, 50 x 500ml)

1L (example: 3 x 1L, 6 x 1L, 12 x 1L, 24 x 1L)

5L (example: 2 x 5L, 4 x 5L, 5 x 5L)

Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices on site are inclusive of VAT.

A VAT invoice will be emailed to you after dispatch of your order.

 

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes you can place an order over the phone, however orders under £50 will incur a £5 processing fee.

 

Do we have stock of this product?

We have a large warehouse with thousands of product lines in stock. Some variations may require bottling from bulk stock and in rare occasions the stock may need to be ordered in. Please contact us before ordering if you have urgent requirements.

 

How long will my order take?

If the product you are ordering is in stock, we aim to ship within one business day. If the product requires bottling, our standard lead time is 3-5 working days. Please contact us before ordering if you have urgent requirements.

 

Can I collect my order?

Most of our products can be collected as long as they are not extremely hazardous.

Acids and certain products cannot be collected and must be sent on a Trackable Courier Service and in some cases can only be shipped in Limited Quantity (multiples of 500ml, 1 or 5 depending on the product and the restriction in place). If the item cannot be collected, there will be a note on the product page to state this.

If you would prefer to collect your order, please purchase via the website and await dispatch confirmation. Once confirmed dispatched, your order will be ready to collect.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes. We offer a premium service at a charge of £7.50. The cut off time for this service is 11am to ensure your order gets shipped the same day.

We accept no liability for third party delays as a result of the courier service. 

This fee is in addition to the total order value including delivery. The fee covers the time for a member of our team to prioritise picking and packing your order.
