Product Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 30 days of your order being shipped at info@apcpure.com 

Include an image of the product along with any concerns. Ensure the image clearly displays the batch number and expiry date, or mention these details in your email. If the product was damaged during delivery, please provide photos of the product, being cautious around any hazardous materials. Weighing the product can help us assess any potential loss, which is important if a replacement is needed. 

Quality Laboratory

Our in house laboratory, staffed by a range of highly Experienced Life Scientists as well as very experienced Education Technicians, test all appropriate products prior to approval for sale.

This enables us to guarantee product quality and to deliver batch consistency and reliability.

 

CLP/GHS Regulations

All products are offered for sale in compliance with the CLP Regulations, European Regulation (EC) 1272/2008.

All product labels comply with the CLP and GHS regulations, and are printed on BS5609 paper meeting International Maritine requirements
