Here are the materials you'll need:
Step 1: In a cup, mix 1 cup (240 millilitres) of water with 1 teaspoon of Sodium Tetraborate 5% Solution (Borax). Set the mixture aside.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon (15 millilitres) of water with 1/2 cup (120 millilitres) of glitter glue. If you can't find glitter glue, you can make your own by adding about 1 teaspoon of fine glitter into clear glue. You can also add a few drops of liquid food colouring for some extra colour.
Step 3: Pour the Sodium Tetraborate 5% Solution (Borax) mixture into the glue mixture and stir everything together. The slime will start to form almost instantly. Eventually, you'll be able to use your hands to squish the slime.
Step 4: Take the slime out of the bowl and knead it until it reaches the desired consistency. Once the slime forms into a ball, remove it from the bowl (there may be some liquid left, which is normal).
If the slime is too runny, place it back into the bowl with the Sodium Tetraborate 5% Solution (Borax) mixture and wait for it to harden again.
Step 5: Select the right sizeJar. Once you have the jars, use glue to attach googly eyes to the front. Add some fake spiders or other fun decorations to the jar. Finally, add the glitter slime and place the lid on top. Use a cupcake liner as a hat.
