Here are the materials you'll need:

To Brighten Gold and Silver Trinkets

To brighten up your gold and silver trinkets, create a solution by mixing 1/2 cup of clear Ammonia Solution with 1 cup of warm water. Soak your trinkets in this solution for 10 minutes, then gently wipe them clean with a soft cloth and allow them to dry. Please note that this method should not be used for jewellery containing pearls, as it may dull or damage their delicate surface.

To Remove Built-Up Tarnish

For removing built-up tarnish from your silver, make a thick paste by combining 1/4 cup of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate 99% (Sodium Bicarbonate) with 2 tablespoons of water. Apply the paste to your silver using a damp sponge, gently rub, then rinse and buff dry. To polish gold jewellery, lightly coat it with Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate 99% (Sodium Bicarbonate), pour a small amount of Acetic Acid 6% over it, and rinse it clean. Take caution not to use this technique on jewellery containing pearls or gemstones, as it may damage their finish or loosen any glue.

To Make Silverware Shine

To bring back the shine to your silverware and pure silver jewellery, soak them in a mixture of 1/2 cup of Acetic Acid 6% and 2 tablespoons of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate 99% (Sodium Bicarbonate) for two to three hours. Rinse them under cold water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

To Spruce Up Jewellery with All-Metal or Crystalline Gemstones

For jewellery made of all metal or with crystalline gemstones like diamonds or rubies, you can use Isopropanol 70% to spruce them up. Using a pump spray attachment, spray the Isopropanol 70% onto the jewellery, then use an old toothbrush for cleaning. However, avoid using this method on pieces with opaque stones such as opal or turquoise, or organic gems like coral or pearls. The Ammonia Solution and detergents in the cleaner may discolour these porous gems.
