Now Available - New Range of Laboratory Sieves

We have expanded our product range with Glenammer laboratory sieves designed for particle size analysis and material separation across industrial, food, environmental and research applications.

Glenammer is recognised globally for supplying test sieves into a wide and diverse range of industry sectors, as well as laboratories, universities and test environments. Their laboratory test sieves comply with ISO, ASTM and other worldwide technical standard bodies, supporting particle analysis and material separation across a broad range of applications.

Stainless Steel Test Sieves

Available in diameters from 100mm to 450mm. The range supports consistent particle grading across a variety of laboratory and industrial applications.

Woven Wire Sieve Applications

Woven wire test sieves are one of Glenammer’s most popular ranges and are made from fine mesh for accurate particle separation.

They can be used across applications including petroleum, pharmaceutical, sand, soil, paint, chemical raw feed, food, coal, agricultural products, seeds, plants, transfer material, metal powders, fertilisers, glass, building materials and resin.

Perforated Plate Sieves

Perforated plate sieves are available with round or square apertures in diameters from 200mm to 450mm. These options support material separation where defined aperture shapes are required.

Glenammer perforated plate sieves are produced in house using a CNC punch press. They can be used across applications including cement clinker, chemicals, coffee, construction materials, fertilisers, fillers, flours, grains, metal powders, minerals, nuts, plastics, sand, seeds, soils and washing powder.

Specialist Test Sieves

Glenammer coffee bean and grain or cereal test sieves are available in 200mm diameter formats. These specialist sieves are designed for material assessment and quality control applications.

The specialist range includes cereal and grain sieves with longer slit perforated plates, alongside coffee bean sieves with round holes manufactured to standardised American imperial measurements.

Analogue and Digital Sieve Shakers

The range includes Glenammer 200 GEM analogue and digital sieve shakers. These units are designed to support efficient and repeatable sieve analysis.

Sieve shakers are pieces of equipment made up of several layers of sieves in a vertical vibrating stack, supporting consistent separation across repeated testing procedures.

Lids, Receivers and Accessories

Sieve lids, receivers, intermediate receivers and double-ended cleaning brushes are available to support complete sieving setups and routine maintenance.
