Treating the Body

Step 1: Mix two tablespoons of Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate (Epsom Salts) with water.

Step 2: Put the Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate (Epsom Salts) in a Bottle with a Trigger Spray and spray all over. This allows the Epsom Salts to gently sooth the skin rather than causing harm with a scrub.

Step 3: Repeat until the affected area has cleared.

 

Treating the Face

Step 1: Mix a tablespoon of Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate (Epsom Salts), Honey and Olive Oil.

Step 2: Leave for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 3: Rinse face with warm water.

Step 4: Moisturise with a lotion.
