Advantec GB-140 glass fibre filters are thick, binderless borosilicate filters engineered for industrial waste analysis and applications requiring durability, low absorption, and moderate filtration speed. With a nominal retention of 0.4 µm, these filters provide fine porosity, making them suitable for capturing fine particulates in complex or high-load samples.

Compared to GB-100R, GB-140 offers greater wet strength and slower flow rates, making it a better choice for viscous or particulate-heavy waste samples where structural integrity and consistent retention are critical. The binderless design ensures low extractables and compatibility with high-temperature workflows up to 500°C.
