Advantec QR100 quartz fibre filters are manufactured from high-purity silica fibres, offering exceptional chemical resistance, thermal stability, and biological inertness. Designed specifically for high-temperature gas sampling and pollution analysis, these filters can withstand temperatures exceeding 1000°C, making them ideal for use in acidic gas environments and atmospheric particulate monitoring.

Each QR100 filter is pre-fired at 1000°C for 2 hours, significantly reducing organic contamination and ensuring ultra-low background levels. These filters are non-hygroscopic, allowing for indefinite storage without degradation due to humidity, and can be easily sterilised by baking or autoclaving.
