The construction features an oven-cured, acid-resistant steel exterior combined with an extra thick 304 stainless steel internal tank for durability and long-term reliability in demanding laboratory settings.

A 40 mm ceramic fibre insulation layer keeps outer surfaces close to room temperature during operation, while iron-clad stainless steel heating elements ensure rapid and homogeneous heat transfer. Temperature control is managed through a bimetallic regulator with a numbered scale, offering straightforward adjustment and stable performance. A green illuminated ON/OFF switch is fitted as standard.
