Chlorine Testing

When should pool chlorine be tested?

In the late afternoon or early evening.

Where should pool chlorine be tested?

In the deep end of the pool or at the furthest place from the swimming pool filter.

Why should pool chlorine be tested?

Chlorine, as the sanitiser of your pool, needs to be checked on a regular basis (at least once per week). You need to have enough chlorine in the pool to clean the water and destroy any bacteria.
